RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact V’Enza® at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt for damaged or defective units and request to exchange them, inventory may not be in stock but a suitable replacement may be sent. Unused, damaged or defective units must be shipped to V’Enza®, unless otherwise designated by V’Enza®, in order to be replaced with new merchandise. All sales are FINAL and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
